Janet's DMC Threads
An explanation of the picture below – when Janet bought the threads they came complete with stand – Heather and Janet decided to use the top of the stand in the garden (recycling) to grow some lettuce leaves and radishes!!! thus creating their own Creative World of DMC.

Silk Bobbins from Whitchurch Silk Mill Following our highly successful visit to Whitchurch Mill we have been able to acquire a selection of the beautiful Bobbins which fascinated all of us. These are original wooden Bobbins loaded with silk as you can see in the picture, right. The Bobbins are approximately three and a half inches long, and vary between two and two and a half inches wide at the top and bottom. To order, either ask for the colour(s) that you would like and we will do our best to match. or go for a lucky dip and we will select the colours for you. Thread Keepers Hand-crafted in walnut, they maintain their natural finish and are coated in clear polyurethane for protection.
