Silk Bobbins from Whitchurch Silk Mill Following our highly successful visit to Whitchurch Mill we have been able to acquire a selection of the beautiful Bobbins which fascinated all of us. These are original wooden Bobbins loaded with silk as you can see in the picture, right. The Bobbins are approximately three and a half inches long, and vary between two and two and a half inches wide at the top and bottom. To order, either ask for the colour(s) that you would like and we will do our best to match. or go for a lucky dip and we will select the colours for you. The Hardwick and Putford Scissors

Hand-crafted in walnut, they maintain their natural finish and are coated in clear polyurethane for protection. The walnut is harvested (from his farm) by a craftsman who has practised the art of woodwork for many years. The thread keepers are available in a variety of designs to suit your fancy. Swan Tray This charming and extremely practical 'Swan Tray' is hand-made by the same people who produce the wonderful and very popular thread keepers - see above. Hand-Dyed Silks We are very pleased to be able to offer these exquisite hand-dyed silks from 'Fibers to Dye For', in lengths of 25 metres and a range of 41 colours. Whenever these silks have been shown they have been snapped up - the photograph just can not illustrate the wonderful colours available. Gold-Plated Needles
These needles are available in sizes 24 and 26, in packs of five needles. They can be purchased in either one size or a mixture of both. Available for £1.25 per pack, plus postage and packing.

Ultrasuede
Available in the U.K. at last, the finishing touch for all your special needlework projects. We have managed to source this superb quality Ultrasuede in two colours - "Dune" and "Country Cream" priced at 6p per square inch plus p & p.
Basket Hoops
For those who wish to stitch the sewing basket in 'Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly' no's 23 and 24, the oval hoops are no longer available from Sherri Woods. TSG have managed to locate a supply and you can purchase these for £5.50 each plus p & p.
Banding
The Sampler Guild offer a selection of top quality banding in a variety of designs and widths for use in 'Letter Art'.
Prices range from £4.50 for 1/2 metre of 1" banding, to £7.75 for 1/2 metre of up to 8" banding plus p & p.
