Merry Hallowe'en
A Book of Pinkeeps
Soon an Autumn chill will fill the air and the leaves will be on fire with colour. The first pumpkin sighting at the Farm Market sends me into a frenzy of excitement and the race is on to find the most unusual colours and shapes. My family knows that just a few will never do....I will collect as many as possible. It's the simple things that make me happy.
And I'm so excited to offer this sweet little book of pinkeeps for the Hallowe'en season. I've used old drab colours and good early motifs for each pinkeep.

From Hollyhock Farm
A glimpse back to a simpler time....

Hollyhock Farm is a sweet little homestead just off the beaten path. As you walk up the dirt path you can feel the quiet calm of a simpler time. The white paint on the clapboard siding is fresh and neat and the linen curtains are pressed crisp and have the faint smell of lavender. The kitchen table is covered with fresh vegetable straight from the garden and the herbs on the window sill have been watered and neatly clipped to shape. If you step out the back door you can faintly hear the chickens scratching at the dirt just outside their wooden coop. And just past the chicken yard you'll see 'Myrtle' the horse lazily standing in the shade of the big oak tree swatting flies with her long brown tail.
This is the place where Stacy Nash drew all of her inspiration for the projects in the book.
